1/2023 Invitation (turned down due to timing collision with the above) from the selection committee of Leibniz University Hannover, Faculty of Architecture and Landscape Sciences to interview for a professorship in History of Landscape Architecture and Garden Heritage Conservation (interview to have included giving a lecture, teaching a class, presenting a concept paper)

10/2016-6/2019 DFG-funded post-doctoral research project (habilitation) following the awarding of a grant of 179,250 Euro. Project title: Comparison of the bonifica integrale of the Pontine Marshes in Italy (1927 – 1939) with the Ostpreußenplan (1934 – 1935) in Germany from a landscape planning, urban planning, architectural history and sociocultural perspective. Particular focus on “internal colonisation”. Final research report submitted to the DFG in May 2019, reviewed positively in July 2019
