STIPENDIENAUSSCHREIBUNG für die Jahre 2020 und 2021
für Arbeitsaufenthalte im Künstlerhaus Lukas in Ahrenshoop
und seiner Austauschpartner in Nordeuropa
Bewerbungszeitraum 15. Mai – 31. Juli 2019
In der Zeit vom 15. Mai – 31. Juli 2019 können sich bildende Künstler*innen, Autor*innen, Kompo- nist*innen, Tanzperformer*innen und Kurator*innen ohne Altersbegrenzung für Arbeitsaufenthalte im Stipendienprogramm des Künstlerhauses Lukas für die Jahre 2020 und 2021 bewerben. Vergeben werden einmonatige Aufenthaltsstipendien, ein-, zwei- und dreimonatige Kurator*innenstipendien
sowie zweiwöchige Workshopstipendien für das Künstlerhaus Lukas in Ahrenshoop und einmonatige Austauschstipendien für die Orte seiner Austauschpartner in Nordeuropa.
Es wird ein Stipendiengeld in Höhe von 1000 € monatlich gezahlt, vorbehaltlich der jährlichen Haushaltsbestätigungen durch das Land Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. In dieser Dotierung sind die Reisekosten inbegriffen. Neu im Programm sind für die kommenden zwei Jahre ein jährliches Umweltstipendium im Bereich Kuration sowie ein neuer Austauschort in Finnland.
Bewerben können sich Künstler*innen und Kurator*innen ohne Alterseinschränkung mit Wohnsitz in Deutschland und allen Ländern rund um die Ostsee (Polen, Litauen, Lettland, Estland, Russische Föderation, Finnland, Schweden, Dänemark) sowie Norwegen, Island und Vereinigtes Königreich. Es werden für den Zeitraum von zwei Jahren bis zu 70 Stipendienmonate von einer unabhängigen Fachjury vergeben, deren Entscheidung bis Ende September 2019 bekannt gegeben wird. Davon werden 40 einmonatige Arbeitsstipendien, 1 einmonatiges, 4 zweimonatige und 2 dreimonatige Kurator*innenstipendien sowie 2 zweiwöchige Workshopaufenthalte für Künstlergruppen für das Künstlerhaus Lukas und 12 Austauschstipendien für Nordeuropa vergeben. Von Kooperationspartnern aus Nordeuropa und Deutschland werden darüber hinaus bis zu 40 Gäste in diesem Zeitraum erwartet.
Das 125 Jahre alte denkmalgeschützte und gleichsam modern eingerichtete Künstlerhaus Lukas bietet im traditionsreichen Kunstort Ahrenshoop sechs Stipendiat*innen gleichzeitig gute Arbeitsbedingungen in einer landschaftlich reizvollen Umgebung.

at Künstlerhaus Lukas in Ahrenshoop and its exchange partners in Northern Europe
Application period from 15th May to 31st July 2019
Dear Artists, dear curators,
in the time from 15th May until 31st July 2019 artists of the fine arts, literature, composition, dance performance and curators can apply without age limit for the scholarship program of the Künstlerhaus Lukas for the years 2020 and 2021. One-, two- and threemonth scholarships and twoweeks workshops scholarships are awarded for the Künstlerhaus Lukas in Ahrenshoop as well for the places of its exchange partners in Northern Europe.
It will be payed scholarship money in the amount of 1000 € monthly, subject to the yearly validation of the household from the country Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. This funding includes travel expenses. New in the program for the next two years is an annual environmental grant in the field of curation as well as a new exchange location in Finland.
Applicants can be artists and curators with no age restriction resident in Germany and all countries around the Baltic Sea (Poland, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Russian Federation, Finland, Sweden, Denmark) as well as Norway, Iceland and the United Kingdom. Please read the funding guidelinesbefore applying.
For a period of two years, up to 70 scholarship months will be awarded by an independent jury whose decision will be announced by the end of September 2019. of these 40 one-month scholarships for Ahrenshoop, 12 exchange scholarships for Northern Europe, 1 one-month, 4 two-month and 2 two three-month curator scholarships as well 2 two-week workshops for artist groups will be awarded. Up to 40 guests are expected from cooperation partners from Germany and Northern Europe during this period.
The 125 years old heritage protected and as well as modern furnished Künstlerhaus Lukas offers six scholarship holders at the same time good working conditions in a scenic charming environment.
